Terms of Service

By opening a CryptoYield account you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older for United States onboarding and you must provide accurate identity information.

Yields

Active allocations are credited 20% of their USD principal each month. This is a platform-defined promotional rate for this product and is not guaranteed market performance.

Indicative exchange rates

All displayed exchange rates are indicative mid-market values maintained by the platform and may differ from the rate applied at settlement by a third party. Rates may include an administrator-set markup, shown as part of the conversion on your confirmation screen.

Locked deposit rates

When you confirm a deposit we lock the entered amount, the USD equivalent and the coin equivalent onto that pending deposit. Administrator approval credits your account using the locked snapshot, not a newer rate. Historical transaction amounts are never restated when rates change.

Account approval

United States customers cannot deposit or invest until an administrator approves the uploaded documents. Accounts may be suspended where information is inaccurate or verification fails.

Risk

CryptoYield is not a bank or a regulated broker. Balances are not insured and are not covered by any deposit-protection scheme. Yield is paid only on money you move from your Funding wallet into your Yield Account, and you may lose some or all of the money you deposit.

Account security

Sensitive actions require a verified email and an authenticator-app code. Withdrawals may only go to addresses on your allowlist, and new addresses are frozen for 24 hours. Large deposits and withdrawals are approved by two different staff members. Operations may be paused temporarily for safety.
