Fees
Any fee or exchange-rate markup is shown before you confirm. Network, bank or third-party charges may apply separately. Review the final amount and rate before submitting.
Deposits
Crypto deposits use the platform receiving address shown for the selected coin and network. Include your Account ID as the memo or payment reference. Deposits remain pending while they are reviewed, then credit your Funding wallet.
Yield Account vs Funding wallet
The Funding wallet holds credited funds that are not earning yield. Yield begins only after you move funds into a Yield Account allocation. The promotional monthly rate applies to book principal in the Yield Account, not live market value.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals require a verified email, authenticator code and a saved withdrawal address. New addresses are frozen for 24 hours. Requests may remain under review, and larger requests can require approval by two different staff members.
Identity verification
Every customer must be approved before depositing. US customers provide ID front and back, a selfie holding the ID, and a completed W-9. Non-US customers provide ID front and back, a selfie holding the ID, and recent proof of address.
